functional stay near hammersmith
helpful staff quiet room simple gym
i found the staff to be helpful. alex was particularly thanked by me. the room was quiet and comfortable which worked out well. the simple gym was good. underground access is close, and parking is a bonus.

the hotel is close to three metro lines. the hammersmith bus station is nearby too. travel to central areas becomes easier. various locations can be reached easily.

staff booked us in early. this facilitated us with a young child. reception staff were helpful and polite. i believe a manager working on the 16th had a real personal touch.

missing sofa poor soundproofing
my executive room lacked a sofa, though it was promised. the location near the staff entrance meant constant noise from the door opening and closing. soundproofing was not good, disruptive. i had hoped for a quieter stay.

convenient location helpful staff triple glazed windows
the hotel location is very good near the station. i found it easy to reach the area and there are shops nearby. staff helped with directions, i appreciated it. the room had triple glazed windows, a good feature.
the room was quite dated to me. the ac barely gave any cold air even at the lowest setting. i had to open the windows for fresh air, though there was noise from the street.

I found the location very convenient. It was close to public transportation and several restaurants. The room included a capsule coffee machine, which I appreciated. The fitness center had adequate equipment, including treadmills. exercise equipment. gym setup The complimentary drinks offered upon arrival were a nice touch! The staff was generally supportive. I also found the linens were changed regularly. The bathroom included amenities expected of a 4-star hotel. fresh linens, regular room service. The breakfast range was quite extensive. I found it had a good variety. The hotel offers laundry services. The room also included convenient single-use amenities such as a shaving kit. breakfast variety, good services The hotel has parking, useful. The rooms have both water and a refrigerator. The beds were comfortable. adequate parking, functional refrigerator
